The drive through girl was rude. She was slow and we had to repeat our order three times. Our food is cold and stale.
Food was fresh and warm, drive-thru time was minimal and the order was right. Seems that getting the order correct has become a... real talent for fast-food places anymore! But Burger King got it right! Read more
I had to tell them three times within 30 seconds to give me a moment with the menu to figure out what I wanted. I was greeted... with poor attitude at the speaker and the window. 7/30/22 staff was very friendly. Food was hot. And the manager gave my Husky a couple of pieces of bacon. In a new era where... customer service is non existent, Burger King on 120th and Holly hit a home run. Read more
Sunday, on our way to Church the morning manager was extremely rude. Drive-thru manager was whispering and couldn't be... understood, she kept slamming the Drive-thru window while we were still talking... threw our food at us... she was behaving likeshe would rather be anywhere else... I've been here before and they were pleasant, but if this is new management their crewswill follow her lead... so sad because I really love burger King Read more
I hate to be that person that comes on here and gives a bad review to a Burger King that o really enjoy. I always have good... experience with their customer service. Today I went through the drive thru.. got home and pulled out my chicken sandwich tofind this on my wrapper. I do not need the added protein, Burger King. I?m so so disappointed and extremely grossed out. Ididn?t see anything wrong with the chicken sandwich itself but I wasn?t about to try and eat after seeing this. I?m upsetbecause I absolutely love your chicken sandwiches and the one day I actually get the chance to go get one and this happens. Veryunfortunate. :( Read more
