First timer here. I got the regular size. It's a big sandwich. I only was able to eat half. It filled me up. The fries were... large too. I would suggest the small of it's your first time. It was good but it was a lot. Also ask them to cut your sandwichfor you. Had to tear mine in half. Read more
Frequent food court visitor here, and another awesome experience at this location today! I've never really had any past issues,... but it appears they've stepped it up a bit, and have a few new employees that go above and beyond...I was served by Melody,Jarek and Nicholas, and they were great. The new manager (I think his name is Andy) always seems to be working tirelessly andis totally into it, always friendly. I've visited some of the other nearby Charleys locations and have unfortunately had someissues, so I decided to go a few extra blocks specifically to this location. Keep up the great work! Read more
Absolutely terrible. Whoever was working with Jarek the evening of 03/18/22 as in the cooks were horrible. The food was dry and... nasty and the fries were horrendous. DO NOT EAT HERE. Customer service is bad with bad attitudes. At 7:48 pm they yelled at thatthey would be closing in 2 minutes so you better step up if you want to order now. Then, they shut the lights off while stillcooking and would turn everyone away. DISGUSTING. I would give you a 0 but that is not possible so I am giving you a 1! YUCK Read more
Just got my grub from Charleys, boy does this Philly hit the spot! So tasty. Except for the fries, they were mushy and gross,... tasted like oil and not potatoes, otherwise I would 5 star it for sure. Read more
I got the bacon 3 chicken. Only reason I gave off a star was because I asked for crispy bacon and I felt as if I only got a few... fries. Service was great. The people were great. I got my food fast. I was a little upset I order the combo but everything wasseparated in price. I'm used to paying 11 or 12 dollars for fries and drink. I'm guessing because its in the mall thats why.Still my favorite place to eat. My order was right so its a nice place to eat. I would eat here again Read more

Ordered and recieved an "order confirmation" that our food was on the way....an hour later when our food was to be delivered we... received a "opps we can't deliver all of a sudden"?...wish we would have had a heads up 40 minuets prior so we weren't waitingon our food.... Read more
