I was currently working and bought my wife and kids a burrito bowl from chipotle from this location and paid extra for more... chicken and spent 39$ on door dash and when my wife opens the bowls this is how the people off 120th operate and serve therecustomers so be cautious from ordering there they do not facilitate an operative coordinating team and do not take anyaccountability. They were out of chicken. The chips were stale. The Queso was nasty. Was looking for one good thing and was sadly... disappointed. Have had issues in the past where this location missed items on the order. Trying to get it fixed was a pain. Acredit for the item, but needed to buy something. Then the code wouldn't work. Then completely ghosted by the Chipotle customerservice. Sad to see something that used to be done well completely go off a cliff. Read more

Absolute trash, if you order online you will get scammed. I have ordered several times over the last year and a half to try and... give them a chance to redeem themselves, they let me down every time. Every single time there are issues with the order. Onetime the burrito bowl I order had zero rice in it ( I selected to have rice), another time the chicken burrito bowl I orderedhad literally 4 pieces of chicken in it. On two occasions I paid to have extra protein in my burrito bowls and both times notonly did I not get the extra protein I paid for, I got significantly less than a regular potion of protein that one wouldreceive at any other location regardless of delivery or dine in. (These were the first two times I ordered, I stopped paying for?extra? protein after these two as I knew I would not receive what I paid for) The location on 144th at the Orchards is a goodstore, the 120th and Washington location seems to need you standing right in front of them, keeping them honest while they makeyour order or they will overcharge and underserve you. They have Bad Service. When We Had our Food Delivered They Screwed it up They Made My Son Beans Spicy Which He Don't Like Spicy... It Burns his Mouth So They Made My Son Beans Spicy Which it Burned His Mouth Then His Rice Was Still Cold Like it Came From theRefrigerator And Then His Cheese Quesadilla did Not Taste Like Cheese At All! Like it Didn't have Any Flavor In it and TheyScrewed Up All of Our Order So We Quit Ordering From Here and Never Will Read more

Don?t even bother ordering online with this store. Your order will sit unmade for 40 minutes (my average wait) while all the... customers inside get top priority and online orders are ignored. Have fun watching multiple staff aimlessly walk around thatcould be making orders. Won?t be back to this store. I?m patient to an extent but 40 minutes for a burrito that should be madealready? Cmon. Worst location ever. Consistently mobile orders are never ready. 8 out of the last 10 times they have told me "something must... have gone wrong in their system and the order didn't show up but they will get it ready now". I ordered 30 mins ahead last timeand it still wasnt started when I got there. Every time there's numerous online customers standing around with their armscrossed annoyed that their food isn't ready. I don't get how 1 location can be so awful, while I never have issues anywhereelse. The one at Orchard serves twice as many people and online orders are ready ahead of time, every time. Read more

I bought a Barbacoa burrito and they charged me extra meat! Which was like spit of meat they put in and charged me $4.60+TAX... really!? And they employees was rude. Good food but bad experience. Multiple employees had head phones in and no one wanted to help me. Counters cluttered and when I... was checking out they tried to charge me for double meat because they left the red tag on the counter. The lady tried to arguethat it was double meat until I asked the guy who scooped the meat to verify that it was only one scoop. Read more
