Have been coming here off and on for a little over a year. Food is great! Came for lunch today, seated and served promptly. Food... was delicious and more than enough to take home for another meal. Definitely worth the $12 or so including drink and tip.Service was good. Sad to hear others have had less good service, but we had a great experience as usual! Read more
There food is your typical Chinese food. It is a bit pricey for what you get, but the portions are large and the service is... good. The lighting is a bit dark and the atmosphere is a bit quiet. They really don't have a kids menu. The orange chicken isgood, the sauce is a little on the sweat side. The sesame chicken is not spicy at all and almost taste like the orange chicken.The shrimp are big but the portions are not as generous as the chicken. The ribs were a little too tough. It would benefit thento take more care on those as they seemed like they have sat under a heat lamp. Their Egg Fu Young is decent. Over all they arebetter than Panda Express, but not by much. We have recently moved to Arvada from Lakewood and we have been in search for a new Chinese restaurant to eat at. We have tried... many Chinese food restaurants in the area and Heaven Dragon has been the best. You can eat in or get to go. I love this place.Food was decently priced. Was busy when we got here but there was enough space to still be seated right away. Love theauthenticity of this restaurant. Service was great. Although I live about 1200 miles away, I have been coming to this restaurant since before Dan Tang bought it. He has improved... the food to the point where there are very few Chinese restaurants anywhere that are as good. I cannot think of any still inbusiness that are better. I go here at least once every trip I take to Denver. We have had groups for both lunch and dinnerranging in size from 2 to about 30, and I have taken every business associate who has ever traveled to Denver with me to HeavenDragon. I cannot remember anyone having a bad meal. Everybody raves about the sesame chicken, and it is very good. The hot andsour chicken is better, though, and my very favorite dish is shredded pork in garlic sauce. For seafood lovers, try the doubledelight in garlic sauce or the lo mein with shrimp. You will not find better egg rolls, fried dumplings, or soups anywhere. Read more
