We ordered curbside, waited, 15 mins before I had to go inside and ask for our order. 3 people behind the cook station, 1... helping customers and 2 waiting for someone to get down the cook station, not sure why they couldn't run it out. I had orderedand paid and my food was sitting getting cold while the employees concentrated on the line of customers who had yet to order andyet to pay. Asked for my order and got an eye roll. Handed me the bag and turned away, no thank you, no sorry you had to comein, no sorry for the wait. Of course we get home and meals are cold, poorly made and one was made wrong. Why bother ordering ahead(hours ahead) ? Showed up on time for our food to be ready lobby was basically empty but order wasn't... ready. Asked manager eta her answer is we have a screen of orders and only 1 person filling them. They have 4 people working theline for walk-ins oh and there were very few walk ins think they need to have better resource utilization and better customerservice.
