I do not recommend the McDonald's near 102nd and Washington in Thornton. I went about 10:45am, right when lunch just started, as... during the week it starts at 10:30am. They were not even busy. Yet, my food was cold---which were lunch items. You would thinkit would have at least been warm. I was not given a receipt either--convenient for them. Read more
Customer service was bad and the food wasn't any better. A very unpleasant older women was at the counter. When proceeded to... orderwe asked for food minus onions she asked "Why what's wrong with onions?". I explained it was due to a minor food allergyshe said "that's all in your head no one's allergic to onions". I explained to her I am she took our order and walked awaywithout a word. The food took a rather long time so we sat. After a long while we noticed food sitting at the counter the samelady that took out order was there she didn't announce a number. When we asked her if that was our items she said she didn'tknow for me to look. The food was already a bit cold except the soda which was warm with very little ice. We ordered our food todine in but she badged it up to go. We asked for ice and condiments and had to wait quite a bit longer. We would not go backthere to eat again. Read more
This location is always so slow and the staff sound miserable! More often than not I have to pull over to wait for my order in... the curbside spots. Which isn?t a problem if they are really busy. But I have had to do it when I was the only car there. Theyalso tend to forget items or mess up the whole order. I don?t recommend coming here if you are actually in a hurry. Otherlocations in the area do not have this issue. Read more
If I could give a negative review I would. Spent 40 dollars. Called to complain about food . Manager stated there was nothing... she could do. Asked for owners number said she didn?t have it. Fries were so greasy but not cooked, left the box soggy. Chickennuggets were soggy, and tasted like cardboard. Horrible food and service. Read more
McDonald's used to be a fun place for the family... THIS RESTAURANT IS HORRIBLE Oh my...20 minutes in the Drive-thru, 30... minutes inside trying to get my order right. Had to stand at the register for 15 minutes before anyone helped us. ThisMcDonald's is just as good as taco bell service. If you go inside, expect to be ignored. So a little thing like give me a largefry was to difficult. The drive thru girl was like talking to a computer from 1971, they are super slow and extremely rude.Can't even read the order board. Had to go in and get the fries fixed, and back in again because the drink was filled with ice,and a drizzle of soda. Management supports this lazy service and was snobby and rude , like we were just a thorn in their day. This trip reminded me why we never come to this store . That cranky worker in the drive thru never can help. They just guesswhat you're saying,,, No pickles means don't put them on my burger.. they don't even repeat my order and are extremely rude,. This is one of the worst drive through experiences I?ve ever had. Ordered a medium value meal with no cheese. Was handed a small... drink twice, after explaining I ordered a medium the girl again handed me the small and told me to my face it was a medium ANDmy food had cheese on it to boot? good job you overpaid jerks Read more
I don't expect a lot from McDonald's. My expectations are pretty low. We went through the drive thru and had to wait. After 10... minutes of waiting with 3 other cars we received our food with no sauce requested for the nuggets. I went inside to get sauce. Iwas told to wait again so the person could take food out to a car. While I waited I watched 2 employees stare at the ceilingdoing nothing while another walked lethargically from the back with food. I would have asked for the manager but I think shewas making out with the guy taking orders, or maybe he was the manager. I couldn't tell. I don't think any of them were legalage adults. While inside I asked for 2 sweet & sour, 2 hot mustard, and 2 ranch. They gave me a bag with 20 sauce packets init... and our food was cold. Who is running this place? Check out the Mcrib. The food is fine and the service is usually fast. The service is never friendly and they're always out of something. They don't... change the menu from breakfast to lunch right away and multiple times I've heard the order taker shouting through the speaker "Isaid what LUNCH!! do you want!" even though the breakfast menu is still displayed and it is still breakfast according to theclock. Once, I even had a person say "how do you not know the McDonald's menu by now?" when asked for the menu to be changed tolunch. Luckily with my new job this is no longer the McD's on my way to work.
