I?ve been coming here for quite sometime and it?s time I write a review. This place is by far the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever... been to. Every time I come it?s takes way to long to get food and it?s not even busy half the time I come. I?m always asked towait in the drive thru reserved spot just to wait even longer for COLD food. They are constantly messing orders up and alwayslike to close 30 minutes before closing time. Management needs to step up or corporate needs to shed some unwanted fat and getbetter help in there asap to save this location! Frustrating to say the least!!! Read more
This is from our local, down the street McDonald's. We shop here often because it is close and fast. It's very disappointing... that this is the standard for McDonald's signature fries each and every time we go. The fries are soggy, cold and very stale.They have been pushing the shelf life of these fries every time we have gone. Maybe it's just bad luck. I doubt it. Read more
The worst service ever. I waited over 45 minutes at the drive through. I got on to lane one and was skipped twice by the kid... taking the order. When I got to be the window I asked him why they were so slow and he said they were shorthanded. (So much forfast food! ) I told him it did not justify him skipping me twice and he did apologize but I don't think he really cared. When Igot to the pick up window, there was a lady just standing there having a drink and running her hands on her hair pulling hairsoff. Horrible service. I will not go there again. Read more
This is such a good mcdonalds. people need to understand that sometimes they?re busy, under staffed, etc? some people also need... to understand that the workers are also people and just because they work there doesn?t mean us costumers have to be rude tothem be understandable. Read more
Just went through the drive through and was highly disappointed. Ordered two happy meals both with apple slices and chocolate... milk. When we got to the window we were handed white milk and told they had no chocolate milk. We would have appreciated beingtold this when we ordered, or at least being given our choice of replacement instead of having white milk chosen for us. We werealso given two of the same toy and were told it was the only one in the store. After we left we realized that we had been givenfries instead of apple slices, and no sauce for our chicken nuggets. Read more
Nasty Manger there coke machines was down so due to that they refused to give me a refill there was no notification if you buy a... Coke you're not going to get a refill the manager lied to me and said it was on the door..it's 4th of July and I can't believethey would not refill my Coke that I purchased rude people with chips on their shoulders management should be fired Read more
This location's horrible. They have a bunch of young kids working there and I'm not sure if they're not trained on how to cook... meat properly but my burger was completely undercooked and my daughter didn't even have meat and her burger. So be careful atthis location. Check your orders and check your meat. I've been trying to call nobody will answer and I work a lot so I wantedto get you know something quick. I'll never go to that location like I don't. I'll never eat McDonald's again. This would be thesecond time I've got a way undercooked burger so people please be careful. Read more
I use the McDonalds app out of convenience. Even still, there are Locations who manage to get my app orders wrong. This place... has gotten my simple orders right every single time. I appreciate their hard work, their commitment to customer service is aboveaverage and more than what most customers around here deserve. Keep up the great job! Read more
