This restaurant used to be one of my favorites in Oregon. So far, none of the locations I?ve eaten at in Colorado could even... pass as barely decent. The Thornton location has surpassed the worst location by far. Ordered the buttered noodles withparmasean chicken and extra butter sauce and Mac and cheese with extra sauce. Husband picked up the order. He got his extrasauce but I did not get mine. Considering they charge for extra sauce and don?t even give it to you, that is the firstdisappointment. The chicken was burnt. The noddles tasted so bad it?s like they boiled them in dirty fish tank water. Is thereno one checking orders before they go out? No quality control? Definitely won?t be ordering from that location again. Not sureif the restaurant has just gotten worse in general or if Colorado just has low standards for what?s passable as food. Read more
I've only been here twice. Both times the staff was buried in orders. However, the run their kitchen like real pros. Both times... my order was ready in a timely manner, amazing given how busy they were. The staff are polite and professional even underpressure. My food orders were perfectly prepared. Quite an upgrade from typical fast food. Read more
Overall terrible experience. Salad that was ordered had the wrong dressing, plus it only had a small portion in the cup. ... Japanese pan noodles were dry - supposed to have grilled chicken but also included some surprise breaded meat in there too? Ordered three kids meals - one mac and cheese had no cheese. Another was missing their desert. Not worth the 30 minute waitand cost.... Read more
Gosh I love their food. Their Mac is my fave of all times. Whenever I?m sad or needing some home food, I order in takeout from... here. I added a rice Crispy to my order and extra cheese sauce on the Mac.. life is good! Read more
Had a random hard strip of plastic in my Med Salad. Not only are my gums now hurting but I'm also extremely grossed out and... dissatisfied. Update: Upon further inspection there was another DIFFERENT piece of hard plastic. Wow. Read more
Best kept secret is the rice crispy treats at any noodles and company. This one had a nice little patio too.
Pad Thai under cooked no flavor. Just plain glass noodles. Wife extremely bothered. I'm pretty sure I ordered a zucchini pasta... (being diabetic) and was given regular pasta and it was also undercooked, only given like 5 shrimp in the whole bowl. Very notworth the $20, likely won't return. Read more
Where do I start?. I ordered a kids meal with spaghetti and meatballs with broccoli, rice crispy and fruit juice. I received... spaghetti NO MEATBALLS NO RICE CRISPY AND NO FRUIT JUICE. I ordered pesto cavatappi with extra mushrooms, extra pasta and extrasauce. I received 2 mushrooms total and the pasta was Incredibly undercooked. I ordered the 3 cheese tortelloni pesto withchicken. That dish also only had 2 total mushrooms. I also asked for utensils and but did not get any of those either. Thiswas by far the worst experience yet at this store. My suggestion is check your food before you get it or don?t go to this store.They aren?t worth the money they are paid. Read more
