Was in for lunch alone today and had the best experience. The food was amazing for the price @ $10.99 for my Spagetti entree... which included unlimited salad and breadsticks. My server Kelsey was just awesome and I left really glad I chose OG for lunch.Thank you so much. Will definitely be back! Read more
Compared to other Italian restaurants I've been, I don't think I can call it great, but more like average. Anyhow this place is... very crowded so definitely recommend making a reservation before visiting. The service was very fast, you will get the food onthe table instantly after the order. Read more
Crystal was our server and has to be to pick up her game. She had potential to be great and just don't know who walks on the... door from day to day. Tip was 45% and the service was average. Atmosohere was dull for a Friday night thought the front deskgals could provided more service a bit young for a front desk. Drinks are a added service and nothing was mentioned. Could havewent for a refreshing beverage or adult drink but it bland upon walking in. Ordered shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta it wasgreat. I see the appetizer salad has been down graded to a smaller portion but it always delicious as ever. Overall 3 stars justdue to the front desk not offering drinks at the bar. Great place if you want to dine and dash. Not so great if you want to actually pay for your food. After dealing with an... untrained waitress (at least that’s what I’m hoping it was) I left this restaurant without paying (because our serverrefused to come take payment and none of the other servers wanted to take her table) and having burns on my hands from saidwaitress handing me a boiling hot plate and setting hot plates in front of my 13 month old. I tried paying with the tablet. Hadissues with it and called my waitress. The other employees had to tell her one off her tables needed her. We were the only onesin her section she came. Looked around and walked away. She wouldn’t even come over and ask if we needed anything else. Whenwe had to order. It wasn’t an are you ready to order. It was an ok. What do you want to eat? I practically had to beg her tobring me a kids menu. I feel really bad about not paying. But neither the waitress or rest of the staff wanted to take mypayment. So after waiting for my waitress for about 20 mins. I very loudly told my husband that if they don’t want thepayment. Fine with me. Let’s go. We got everything together. Put the high chair away. Got the table cleaned up and walked out.No one tried to stop us. No one said thank you for coming. No one said anything to us. So now. I’m gonna get to go to anotherOlive Garden and enjoy another meal where I hopefully won’t get burned. Read more
