Slow service, I walked in and placed order with only 1 other customer in store. I watched them make two pizza wrong, first... customer and then mine, they remade pizzas but only after making new pizzas for customers that arrived after me. Terriblecustomer service. Found a special online, went in and said that's what I wanted. Was told the special online is advertised wrong and they had to... charge extra for toppings. In the store I started an online order that showed they didn't charge for the extra toppings. Showed the worker and was told they don't have a button for the special so they have to charge. Just tell me to order onlineand I'll do that, don't say the special online is misleading. Didn't care to adjust the price after showing I was over charged. Read more

We have been a customer at this location since it opened many years ago. Since a year ago, the quality of the pizzas have gotten... worse. Less sauce, less toppings, broken crusts. This 1 topping pizza had less than 1/4 cup sausage last week. We now go to thePapa Murphy's at 136th & Zuni, farther away from home- they are AWESOME! Even their Friday $5 pizzas look like masterpieces! Butthis location on Colorado Blvd is just not the same anymore. I feel like they don't take pride in their pizzas. The system does not match the offers that are being sent out to customers. Where is the manager? These poor kids are being left... to deal with any irate/unruly customers. If the manager is going to take the day off, they should leave at least one of theemployees with authorization to refund, void or change offers to match what the customer was sent. These kids were awesome inhow they dealt with my issue today. If Papa Murphys is going to offer specials, then the system should match the offer. If themanager is not going to be in, they need to delegate some managerial authorizations to the employees. The only reason I gavethis review 2 stars was because of the professionalism of these kids. Fast, kind, good quality, what's there not to Like! This is the closest Papa Murphy's to us and honestly I thought Papa Murphy's... was underrated but they make the experience 100% tip top. They are speedy so if you want pizza but don't particularly enjoy theother local places I definitely recommend this Papa Murphy's! Well done you guys. Read more

I decided to order 2 pizzas, a Hawaiian (for me) and Papa’s favorite (for my husband since I don’t like spicy stuff and this... one comes with jalapeño, after baking it I decided to try it, my husband told me it was really good and not spicy, after tryingit I grabbed another slice and when I was about to finish it, I felt something hairy, I almost puke, it is disgusting and Ican’t imagine the precautions, safety and SANITARY protocols to let something like this to happen, I’m really disgusted andupset, I couldn’t even finish my pizza and neither could my husband. I needed to leave a review right now since it’s 8:15PMand they’re closed. I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to take that and show to them. Read more

Convenient to order online and pickup. Although you need to check your order carefully before you walk out the door . A couple... times someone swiped my pizza and occasionally random toppings don't match order but still excellent. Read more
