Showed up at 730m to pick up an order, they close at 8pm but when I showed up the doors were locked and lights were off. Called... the next morning to get a refund and the guy said he has the tickets from last night and he'll issue a refund but he didn't askfor which order it was, or verify any information to ensure it would be refunded. He couldn't verify my phone number eitherbecause I called from a different phone number compared to the number on the order. Terrible customer service. Read more

I visited here tonight with the hopes of a better experience than when I previously came here. It was much better, I think they... had new staff. Just picked up my order and the guy at the register had the worst customer service attitude. He shouldn?t work in the food... industry with the public. I ordered a stuffed chicken bacon ranch pizza?.they said that wasn?t a pizza..it?s on their menu and I get it all the time from... the same exact store. I?m very disappointed, they told me they would make a chicken ranch pizza, and the pizza I received hasham, pepperoni and hamburger on it, no ranch and no chicken.
