This store to often gets my families order wrong. Whether I order online or via phone at least one of my pizzas come missing... something or just totally wrong. When I confront their staff I'm treated as if I've done something wrong. I've never had themoffer to fix my entire pizza,. It's usually a $5-10 credit towards my NEXT order. Im feeding a family NOW I need my food rightthen. I want good food and the food I pay for. Read more

This place does a good job of not keeping old food up too long. I come here during breaks and it?s 50/50 if I get my food or... not because there might not be someone at the counter. I just stand there for about 3 to 5 minutes then just leave hungry halfthe time. I?m not even mad, but this is getting annoying. If a gm is reading this, maybe schedule another person. Now multiple occasions of bad service. Cold food in the past along with long delivery times. Made an online order for delivery... tonight. Store waited 40 minutes to call and say delivery is behind, again, and I can pick it up in store for a small discount,as if there wasn't a reason we ordered delivery. Wow, this is twice I had issues with pizza hut. The 2nd time we ordered online and it said 45 minutes then we call and they said... it would be over an hour. I was told by manager don't believe how long itll take online. I got mad said those who have pitchedin will be leaving work soon you need to make a deal with me. She said I'm not I said you will after saying that a few times Isaid ok I'll call corporate she said FINE I'll give you a discount. I asked how much she said a discount I again what does thatmean exactly she FINALLY said 20 off. I was like wow, was that so hard to tell me exactly. OMG what the hell is wrong with you. Read more
