Went through drive thru and the employee (female) was very rushy and took our order and within SECONDS they handed us a bag of... OLD food. I?m talking a while the mayo on our 2 chicken sandwiches was gelatin and separated the breading was mush the Mac andcheese was gritty warm and my biscuit is seriously rock hard. My chicken nuggets were barely edible, my biscuit was hard, and my fries were cold. I've had one bad experience here before and... I thought I'd try again. I'll not be coming to this location anymore. If I could leave no stars I would. I could only eat maybe3 of my nuggets cuz the rest was practically just fried batter and no chicken. This location has been going downhill for a while. Here?s my most recent experience: I pulled up to the drive through 40 min... before closing and the automated ?sorry, we?re closed? message began to play. They stopped it and asked for my order, only totell me that they weren?t doing chicken strips anymore for the evening. I drove from there to the Popeyes on 104th and they werehappy to accommodate my order. If your employees aren?t going to work your posted hours then you should just close early! Read more
I Love Popeyes. It's my favorite fried chicken. The staff here were very kind and courteous. And the facility was clean and in... good repair. My only complaint was that the food was only acceptable. Not bad, but I know that there is a consistently good wayto prepare the food at Popeyes. I feel a few corners were cut, and it showed. I?d HIGHLY recommend getting your employee CUSTOMER SERVICE training because their attitudes will get em in trouble! and y?all... want to be RESPECTED as fast food workers but you can?t even RESPECT your customers? Mmmm every one loves cold chicken batter and fat. Rude customer service, no greeting and the girl at the counter was more... occupied talking to her coworker than to me. Wasn't asked spicy or mild ( wanted spicy, was given mild) biscuit was cold andhard. Didn't even eat half of it because it was disgusting gristle pieces and more batter than anything. Won't return this is mysecond time trying this location and won't ever come back. Read more
I get that this is a fast food company, but really you can't get my order right? Also the chicken was almost not even edible,... dryer then their biscuits, if that's even possible to do but they did! Wont be back to this location. Read more
