Trying to find a good Popeye's is difficult these days. Consistency is a major problem for the Popeye's chain. One time it's... great and the next it's so overcooked the chicken is inedible. The latter is the reason for this review. The chicken was soovercooked we threw away most of it. If we lived closer we would have taken it back. We will not be back. Read more

I have had mixed experiences with this Popeyes location. I usually go through the drive thru. The line moves at an average pace... and they usually get the food right (have had to go back to pick up missing food a few times). I have had no issues when diningin, but have unexpectedly found the doors to be locked more than a few times without any signs on the outside to indicate theywere drive thru only. I love Popeyes. But my last 3 visits have not been pleasant. Something is missing from my order. ???? You wait online forever... thru the drive thru, which I don't mind, indoor service is just as bad. So yesterday was my final straw. They forgot my forgotthe hot apple pie. I usually go back into the store and have it corrected. This is my first time at this location after they opened. Comparing with McDonald's and KFC their chicken sandwich is better and... has a big chicken patty. However the service was not that great. We had to wait a long time in the counter and do all kinds ofactions to get their attention. There is only one guy at the register who is taking orders and packing things up. I was keepingmy eye on the screen and no one was in the drive through either. I felt the employees are very ignorant. Doesn't care aboutserving. Read more
