The prices are too high and they downsized alot.
So I walk into King Soopers Starbucks and walk to the end of the counter and the 2 ladies working there don't say anything, but... I guess I was on the pick up end. One of them could've said "Good Morning, I can get your order over here" I was the onlycustomer there. So I go to the register and ask for a tall Latte. It's 5.68 (.73 cents more here than down the street) I putthe gift card on the counter for the barista, and she says "you need to scan it there..." kind of rudely. She could have justeasily scanned it. So I took my card and went to a Starbucks down the street. The girl there greeted my with a "good morningwhat can I get you?" She took my card and scanned it and I got way better service and a drink for less. Read more
Closed 30mins early and management was trying to tell me they were on their lunch. They never came back, poor management. Do not... recommend, go a little further to 102nd and Grant if you want good service! Read more
Barista refused to give me my birthday drink. She kept saying I need a gift card, I contacted Starbucks online and they said... they do not send out birthday gift cards so that was untrue. Ended up missing out on my birthday drink because I only had timeto stop at this Starbucks. Read more
I asked for a several different none of which they said they could do one being a Caramel macchiato with sweet cream instead of... 2% which i order all the time. I feel she was just not wanting to do it. Read more
They didn't treat this old like an old guy!!
