Literally always get my order wrong even when I call ahead and tell them. I love wingstop which is why we always continue to go... back but I have a running count of 12 times they have messed up our order. Last time they messed up our order I called tocomplain and they just put me on an endless hold. When I hung up and called back they just hung up on my number. I was able toget a hold of them again calling from my wifes number and when they realized it was me they put my on an endless holdagain. My family and I were extremely disappointed in one of our favorites and only place we like to eat!! I waited over 45 minutes to... an hour for our order to be ready. At that point they said they never received our online order. And when they made our food itwas extremely sloppy and rushed being put together! :( Read more
Been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks. LOL we love this place. Always has order correct. Managers are great. Always greeted.... Lemon pepper, hot honey rub cannot go wrong with either one. please do not take away the hot honey rub. Going to try theLouisiana dry rub next, hear they're great also. Wingstop is the best! Always have my order correct. Please please please do not take away the hot honey rub! These wings are... right up there with their top seller the lemon and pepper dry rub.
