My husband and I first discovered Ziggi's way back in the day when they were in downtown Longmont. We were dating and would meet... there to study. Their hot chocolate is to die for!! Fast forward and we move close to this one. Yay!!! Hadn't been close to onein years. In the move our coffee machine broke, no worries I'll go to Ziggi's. NOPE!!! These girls are rude, ALWAYS rude!! I'vebeen multiple times and have not had one nice interaction with any of them. It's like they hate working there or something.SEVERAL times they are out of coffee!!?? What? How? They don't keep up on brewing coffee. I do not like dark roast, so alwaysask for medium and in several occasions they have told me they are out and if I'd like to wait they will brew some. Shouldn'tthat just be checked on and a new batch brewed when the other one is getting low? And it's not like I am coming at 4 in theafternoon. At 7:30 in the morning!!! So skip this Ziggi's and head across the street to Starbucks (which I don't like endorsing)but at least you'll get coffee with a nice friendly smile and conversation. Read more

If you want to feel like you don?t matter (on your birthday) go to Ziggis. I tried to use my birthday coffee reward from the... app. The people in the store were all annoyed when the app didn?t work, made me feel bad for trying, made me pay for the coffee,and told me to contact ?the app.? Great Place - Unique variety of drinks without the wait - It's a Favorite!

Friendly staff, above-average coffee. My only complaint is that it is too loud inside bc the furniture and other room... selections. Everything is hard and echos. They need some things to absorb sound. I couldn't even concentrate to what what on myear buds bc of girls taking and laughing a couple tables down. Read more
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks were well crafted and hot. Seating was adequate, only four easy chairs--the rest... were metal low-backed. Plenty of parking. Location includes a drive-thru. Read more
Wifi didn't work, coffee is overpriced. They advertise signing up for their club and getting second coffee free but when you try... the website or app doesn't work. This place is a big MESS. Not coming back Read more
