Cleanest Carvel i"ve been to with the best selection of soft serve, (all three machines running) and biggest selection of... pre-packaged items. This is most likely due to them not having to give up space to Subway, since they only sell Carvel at thislocation. Also, their hard ice cream display is not like other c Carvels - laid out in those big white buckets. They aredisplayed in stainless steel pans, like gelato. Much more appealing and likely fresher tasting. Plus, the girls who served uswere lovely, and very friendly. Worth the trip. Read more
I come here relatively often and know the staff quite well. They are very friendly and they make the ice cream very well.
Always a great product. We order a cake about every other month from here and the service is always amazing. When the photo... machine went down yesterday they gave me a call immediately with 2 other options. They kept trying and called me when it finallyworked. Everyone is friendly and truly wants to make the customer happy. We also love that there are tables inside and outsideto sit and eat ice cream with our two young children. Fun family outing. Very inconsistent ice cream, as weird as that sounds. Pay for a topping, sometimes you get it, sometimes you get a dash. Either... the staff needs to be retrained or they just don't care. This place was good a few years ago, not sure what happened. Will betaking all future business to village creamery, where you get what you pay for each time. Drive an extra couple minutes - it'llbe worth the time to actually get what you order. Read more
I feel like the level of cake decorating at this specific franchise location is much higher than others. Also cleaner than... others. Plus you HAVE to try the apple pie soft serve. Read more
I have been waiting a week for the owner to contact me. My mother and I had an awful experience with a very disrespectful and... crazed employee. Seems Lou (owner) does not care about customers. We will be getting our ice cream in Pleasantville today. Read more
