I love Dunkin? but this place I would say probably has the worst staff. The first time when this happened I just ignored but... this is the second time. I ordered a medium sized coffee with oat milk and received a black coffee. Also, the lady out there isso rude. Read more
I don't know what happened to this location, but they got 3 things wrong in my order. Top it off with a terrible "grilled... cheese" that was microwaved cheese on bread. I will not be back to this location unless I only need donuts. Read more
Ordered large coffee with 7 Splenda in it, got coffee really fast so fast in fact I asked to make sure they put the Splenda in... the coffee and was told yes. Drive down to road and yep as my first thought no way they put it in with as fast as I got and Iwas correct coffee had no Splenda in it. WHY o WHY must people lie. Will never good back Read more
Really deserves 0 stars. Has nothing to do with employees they are all friendly and quick. The problem is the owner. He never... honors his posted hours of operation. He must watch the cameras like a hawk and as soon as there is no consistent activity heorders them to close the store early usually 2-4 times a week. If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are incompetent and reluctant to fix your order when they mess up. And it happens... many times! Way too often for how much we go in there. I'd say at least 50%. This morning, ordered a large with less ice/extracookie dough using the on the go app, got a medium. It was an on the go because I was ON THE GO! When I politely said I ordereda large, employee told me to to hold on while contuing to fill other orders that were coming in. Then preceded to fill a largecup with ice to the brim, poured the medium over it and handed it back to me. I said I ordered it with less ice, got it backwith NO ice or syrup, and a nasty glare and attitude. I cannot believe this place continues to hire and keep rude employees whoappear to be illerterate as well. Never once have I gotten anything but a grudge when asking for the CORRECT order because theydid not listen to something so simple! And they mess up all the time!!! Coffee with whole milk (not extra or lite) ispractically white because of how much milk they put in. And as polite and kind as I am when asking for the right order, it isalways the same issue with the women there giving each other looks like "how dare I want the right coffee!" It's disgusting, andI have only used on the go as to not have to interact with them. It is a convenient location for us, so I do frequent thislocation often. But, apparently that is still a problem for them to follow. Please get a new staff! The men have been nice,pleasant and attentive. EVERY woman behind the counter, and I mean every single one, has been a witch and fails to fulfill thesimple job requirements working at a coffee shop. Read more
A chain but the coffee was hot and the bagel was tasty.
I feel their service has gone down hill. I was there two weeks ago and they made the wrong coffee I asked for hot latte and... gave me ice latte. Today I asked for a medium ice Heath coffee and was told they don't know how to make it, how can you haveemployees work their that don't know how to make coffee. Also I was given the wrong change back my order was $3 and change and Igave a $20 and got back $3.00 I said I have a $20 and the women shrugged I said I'm not leaving until i receive my correctchange. I usually order through the app and do curbside pickup because I have little ones with me and half of the time I end up waiting... over 20 minutes and have to drag all of my kids inside to get my order which is left sitting on the pickup counter. Rarely doesanyone remember to bring your order out and half of the time it's missing 1 or more things. You're better off going to theDunkin on Virginia Road. Read more
