Absolute TRASH establishment. They rip customers off by blaming ALL drivers for orders being wrong. Instead of fixing their... mistakes, they blame everyone else. Charged me $30 for my order and only sent coffee and blamed driver. I knew the driverpersonally so trying to say they stole my food is ridiculous. Do not order from here. Theyre a bunch of dirty, rude, uncivilizedanimals masquerading as a restaurant. They shouldn't be able to feed animals let alone an entire county. Manager is worst ofall. He's rude and uneducated. THIS PLACE IS FN CRAZY !!! i pull up to the window and the man has nothing but attitude and won?t give me my drink . he?s... arguing with a lady that also works there and she was doing nothing but yelling . the man proceeds to turn around and THROW MYDRINK ON HER !!!! some of the ice coffee gets on me and my vehicle. to make matters worse he refuses to make me a new one !!!!!!at this point i am LIVID AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS STAFF . he had the nerve to hand me A STRAW WITH NO DRINK ! iwaited there for i kid you not 35 mins for a new drink ! multiple people were beeping , yelling you name it . not to mentionthey would NOT process me a refund . if you act like this while working customer service maybe you SHOULDNT ! They get the order right sometimes and when they do, the food sucks half of the time. They also like to pressure you and add... hashbrowns to your order if you don't push back. Been coming here for a couple months and have been hoping the quality getsbetter, but it's not happening. Read more

I am sontired of this location. They always forget something. For example today I ordered Carmel iced coffee, iced hot... chocolate, coke, strawberry refresher and other food. We go the hot chocolate and coffee I had to beep to get the girlsattention for the strawberry refresher. Then get home they forgot the coke. I try to call them number to let them know and thenumber doesn't work. We will not be going to this location any longer. It is not convient if they forget items and then wedon't get our money back.
