Have been coming here since they opened and I always liked the food and staff. Happy hour is pretty good with specials but the... regular menu prices have gone way up over the years. I was surprised to find a 3.95% service charge on my bill for "increasingminimum wage". I understand that the cost of doing business can get out of control, but to simply pass off paying people abarely livable wage on me is unacceptable. Why don't you just raise prices 25 cents across the board to make up for it? Ireally want to keep coming here but not only is it now 15 bucks for a simple burger, I now have to cough up another 4% to keepyou in business? Won't be coming back. Edit on 12/6. Had some friends in town who insisted we go in for late breakfast and towatch some football. I tried to warn them. The TV behind the bar is still not working. It's been well over a year now. Thebartender poured 22 oz. beers with about 3 inches of foam. 3 beers and three breakfast burgers was $75.00 The burgers weregood but almost $100 with the tip and you have staff that don't know how to pour drinks, your main TV doesn't work, and thereseems to be zero management around making sure the place is running smoothly. I understand it's a difficult time forrestaurants, but 100 bucks for what we get is just something I keep telling myself I should not be spending. The 3.95 servicecharge in "support of minimum wage" bothers me the most. 10/16/2022. Last time getting food here. $48 with a tip and this isthe Turkey sandwich for $20. 5 tiny slices of Turkey and a pathetic amount of avocado. If you are the owner, I need you toexplain this. You should be embarrassed to serve this for 20 dollars. We keep giving this place chance after chance but I don'tknow how anyone would expect us to come back when this is what we're constantly getting... Read more
Amazing place for breakfast,brunch or dinner. Really cool bar and the lunch items are really healthy and tasty.Extremely toddler... friendly.. Alan and team have done a great job with the menu. Please bring back mung beans and rice and the tofu pita sandwich. Read more

Breakfast this morning was Awesome! Outstanding Customer Service, Outstanding food. The Jinky?s Nitro Omelette was the best... breakfast I have had in years, very spicy, very good. The personnel were Great, Fast and Friendly! And Great Coffee! Jinky?sseems to understand how important great customer service is to a great dining experience. We will be back, for sure! Read more

Delicious food! Lots of different Gluten Free Options! Great service too.
From the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff was friendly. It was a busy morning because of Labor Day but they kept... it in control and were able to make sure we were taken care of. They also accept feedback. The food I ordered tasted good butthe waffle tower sounds like a big plate of waffles but as you can see from the picture, it's just one waffle stacked on itselfwith a knife through the middle to hold it together. The manager did his best to make it right so if we are in Thousand Oaksagain we might give Jinky's another chance. Read more
Goodbye Jinky's. After 9 years, we are done. Phoned in an order, went down to pick it up only for the order never to have been... put in, waited another 30 min while we placed the order in store, and got home to find the order was wrong. Drove back toJinky's only for the manager to argue with me about the refund. Inattentive and incompetent staff on top of ridiculous prices.No more. Read more
