The food was fine but the customer service was definitely lacking. This location was closing at 9;30pm and we had arrived around... 8:40pm. The dining room was already closed off. There were 3 of us and we had to eat at a tiny table that barely fit 2 peoplelocated in the side corner. That was ok, at least we has a place to eat but then my young son had to use the bathroom and wastold the bathrooms were closed. I asked hiw could the bathrooms be closed it was only 9:06pm. I was told they had been cleanedso we couldn't use them but we could see if the market would let us use their bathroom. Seriously?!?! Luckily, we made it tothe market bathroom before my son had an accident. Never going back there! Read more
Panda is always hit & miss depending upon what entrees they've cooked & how long they've been sitting there. Not gourmet Chinese... by any means but good flavors & multiple choices. Quick food, good price. Read more
Coming here for a while just for my child but I noticed Great service this time from Daniel & my previous time was Jermey had... also outstanding customer service. I hope Panda will have more of those kind of employees because it make our experience better& we came often. My previous encounter with some of the ladies were rude in the past. But hoping they hire more qualityemployees! Read more
Worst custumer service ever, just like any other busses this days, so sad. I just to consider this Panda Express to be one of... best in the are but i don't know what happened, i don't know if they changed management or personnel but their customer servicesucks. There just to be a white young skinny individual with glasses that just to have the best customer service ever, that kidwas always happy and full of joy, just to make me feel welcome into the bussiness, i haven't seen him there, he probably left orgot fired, what a loss to the bussiness this kid has great potential if continues like that. ???? Honestly, this is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. To the point, I refuse to eat Panda anymore when near work by this... location. More bad experiences than good. Same story. My love for Panda has been giving this location chance after chance forseveral years. Ordered food in person tonight, and just as always, there wasn't enough food there to make a simple plate. Theyhad me pay up front after asking what entrees I wanted, and then I sat for 15 minutes waiting for them to update their foodportions to serve myself and everyone else standing in line, and those that continued to pile in. Under normal circumstancesyou see the food they serve you, however when you're asked to sit and wait for them to catch up with making the food, you don'tsee them serving your plate. After over 20 total minutes of sitting there, my name was called with my food bagged. Not only didthey not get the order right, but they proceeded to give me 5 whole total pieces of orange chicken with no sauce on them(bone-dry), and beef and broccoli which wasn't what was ordered. They then in turn just piled up the chow-mein to fill theplate. I tried to callback to let them know, but no one answered the phone for the last 40 mins they were open. Tried the NEW FEAST MEAL,,it was only $29.99.with 3 entrees and 2 sides..ordered 3 entrees of walnut shrimp,peppered angus steak... and terriyaki chicken and chiw mein and fried rice for the sides...told them to include some plates and sauce,,they said yes butdidnt get it...anyways..walnut shrimp and peppered angus steak were my favorites... Wonderful place to eat! Lots of healthy food options for a very reasonable price! For the money you get good portion sizes with... the ability to mix and match! In addition healthy vegetables and meats like chicken and beef are offered! They are alsocontinually being made fresh as well! Staff are very helpful as well! Gluten free options as well! Read more
