Recently opened, definitely a \"try this\". Went there for lunch. Got the Branzino (fish) with lemon caper sauce, and it was... DELICIOUS! Also tried the lemon creme brulee for dessert. Great service (our server was very helpful, patient), small intimatesetting. 2 hour parking in front, or 3 hr parking on the side street. Highly recommended! Read more

What a fun local place to spend an evening. The menu has some interesting options to explore as well as typical staples;... definitely worth a second visit to try more. Cocktail menu is fun and inventive. The atmosphere is great, just a little loudbeing on TO Blvd, but that\'s less an issue as the evening gets on so don\'t worry about it at all. Staff and service wereexcellent and everyone was friendly. I\'m looking forward to dining here again and getting another taste of what Phil has tooffer us. Read more

Wow!!! Simply wow!! Everything. Here is basically wow!\nFound this place incidentally and gladly I did! Trying to find a place... that is open late is hard but found a place that is a bar and a restaurant and open late! Perfect package! They also have happyhour so take advantage!\n\nDecided to come here with a friend because looking at their menu, food looked amazing, seating wasgreat and highly rated and plus open later than many other places so decided to give it a try. It’s like a hidden gem!\nWewere seated immediately, place is spacious and has many tables and beautifully decorated. Basically what I learned toward theend of the night was that everything was basically about family! I love it and I’ve never seen anything like that before. Theowner Phil came and introduced himself and greeted us and welcomed us. That’s amazing and it gives a place more value thatyou’re greeted individually and asked to take a look at the bar and each picture and thing put in the restaurants has itsmeaning!\nYou get a different vibe in the restaurant,\nIt’s classy and beautifully decorated and has its own atmosphere. Thenyou go outside area which is not really outside it’s still inside but you get the bar area with Tv and so many different kindsof beers and drinks. It’s spacious with stool bars and tables. This place is just amazing\nMake sure you ask about a tour ofthe place and you’ll be introduced to things and why they were put and even the shirt design! Highly recommend! I think it’sbeautiful and gives the restaurant so much value!! I can’t wait to be back! Introduce friends and family here.\nSo I got theirchicken chronicle and it was something else. Chicken was so tender and had tomato avocado but those are covered with cheese. Sogood! It looks big but it was sooooo tasty! I couldn’t stop eating it! My friend had their Bronzino and it was sooooo good too.I tried it and it was super delicious If it wasn’t too late I would have definitely had their dessert but that’s w Read more

Phil’s is a great place to meet a friend for lunch or a business meeting. Great wine and food selection. They’ve only been... open for 3 months. I ordered the crispy Brussels- because if they’re on a menu, I’m ordering them! These were good but notgreat. A little too tangy and needed salt or another savory addition. My husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and lovedit. Went down easy and had great flavor. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. Across the street there’s a car wash, you canalways drop your car to get washed and have a quick bite at Phils. Phil’s is also next door to Starbucks. Great little cornerto stop at if you work in the area and need to eat. Read more

What a treasure. Located in the store front that was, for decades, T.O. Fish & Chips. Fine dining in the front. Bar for casual... in the rear. Prices were very reasonable...and the food was delicious! Nightly specials are awesome. Friendly service...what\'snot to love about this place? I plan to return soon. Read more

If you love tasty food, a well made cocktail and great customer service, you need to try Phil\'s. We went with a large group and... had cocktails, many appetizers and entrees. Everything was simply delicious and the customer service was on point. The menuchoices are original and everything was so tasty! We got to meet the chef and Phil himself. We finished off the night withdeserts and were not disappointed. I\'ll definitely be going back and I\'ll be hanging out at the bar after a long work weektoo. If you\'re looking for a restaurant and bar that goes the extra mile, has original, delicious food and drinks or just wantto hang out to watch the game and treat yourself to an upscale cocktail, then check this place out! I\'ll be back for sure. Read more

Such a fun atmosphere! Yeah it’s a bit crowded (on a Friday evening), and for a reason! The food was amazing. Went for the... happy hour. Are you kidding!? The drinks and food were so inexpensive and outstanding quality! The service was also amazing. Ican’t wait to go back for regular dinner. The meals look amazing at reasonable prices. This will be a regular spot!\n\nForhappy hour:\nMy fiancée and I ordered 2 appetizers and 4 drinks. The total after tax (before tip) was $40. Stuffed, buzzed, andhappy. 10/10 Read more
