The Detroit Style pizza was delicious! Specifically, the sauce is sooooo tangy, and the crust is thick, soft and crispy on the... bottom. Also, I like the customizability you offer on your site. Being vegetarian, I was able to substitute the sausage forblack olives on the Detroit Style Supremo specialty pizza; otherwise, I would have had to add vegetable toppings individually toa basic pizza, making it more expensive. The pizza was good as always but had a big problem with the delivery person reperson. Gave a 20% tip on my credit card the... delivery person refused to do anything but quickly throw my pizza up at the desk no napkins no spices no parmesan. We are all human and make mistakes. I just wish this Pizza Hut location would own their mistake verse making excuses. I placed... an order by phone two days ago to have pizzas delivered to my daughter's school by 11am today. I get a call from the schoolaround 11:30am letting me know pizza had not arrived. I called the location and was told the delivery was scheduled for 11pm.???? Not sure how that's possible when sign on store says they close at 11pm on Wednesdays. Also don't know of any schools forchildren open that late at night. Now I'm scrambling to pickup pizzas from this store in-person to drop off before first roundof kids leave at 12 noon. I get to the location to pick pizzas up. I have to wait for them to finish cooking, and I was told theonline order listed delivery time at 11pm. I had to remind the employee that the order was placed by phone; not online. Icouldn't deal with issue at time of pickup because I had hungry kids with empty plates waiting for pizza. When we called later,the Regional Manager, who would not give his name, happened to be onsite. Instead of owning the mistake, he said teachers couldhave a late night meeting onsite at 11pm. I ordered 2 Detroit Pizza (supreme & cheese) and the only thing I got was crust and sauce!!!!! Just a little amount of cheese on... both and a little trace of sausage and onion on the supreme.
