What is the point of having "rewards" if you can not be able to use it?? Even better.. why the trouble of making a QR code if... you can not use it? I have my points.. and even if I have the chance to use it before they expire.. sometimes don't work onlinelike it supposed too.. so if you go in person to order .. the same thing happen to not be able to use it.. Typical of Sarku in a good mall environment. Feels slightly dated but overall slightly better than average.

Not bad for mall sushi, but teriyaki is really what they do. The prices are generally reasonable, the food good overall (they... could use some work on even-portioning). The chefs do a good job interacting with the customers, but the order takers areapathetic at best. Read more

I went here today, I got a bento box with chicken, and at first I thought the food would honestly be okay because the line was... kinda long there, I went with a couple of friends, we all got the same things and the was sushi was super fishy, the rice wasundercooked it was super crunchy, the chicken was chewy and it was almost like leftover pieces of chicken barley even cut. Myfriend almost threw up. I started to feel nauseous, and felt like I was gonna throw up too, I barley ate and I still feel gross.I really do not recommend. Read more

Omg The Chicken/Beef Teriyaki Was So good I Had To order It Two Days In A Row. It Was A Bit Of A Wait But I Didnt Mind

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I know it smells good while they cook it in front of you and they may have even... given you a sample that tasted pretty good too but the minute you get your plate you are disappointed. First, I never heardthem call our number so when we finally figured out that 3 of the 6 were ours we took them and sat down the check was nottoasted like the one they serve you. There is quite a bit of fat on what they serve you too. We also had a spicy tunaroll...we must have been starving.
