They don?t take care of walk-in customers if any cars are in the drive- thru. Even if you are the only customer inside, you are... going to wait while the ?baristas? help the cars and then chit chat with each other. $5 for a cup of coffee and beyond poorservice. And I like Starbucks Read more
This Starbucks seems to make drinks different every time. Someone from corporate needs to look into this. My girlfriend has to... get her drink remade almost every time. She orders the same drink at other Starbucks and they make it the same at almost everyother place. Read more
If you want your order to be correct, do not go to this location. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, don't go... to thos location. I go to several Starbucks in our area and this is the WORST location. I would bet money that my order willbe wrong. From, drinks made incorrectly, to Oatmeal that is paste, sandwiches that are completely overcooked and last but notleast, being handed cups of hot coffee in the drive thru that the lids are not secured. No more. I will never go to thislocation again. I live on Ventu but to avoid wasting my money here, I will use more gas and time to get what I pay for. Read more

Twice now I?ve ordered items they didn?t have. They let me sit there without telling me. I ordered two bacon Gouda sandwiches... and waited 15 minutes till I finally asked and they told me they were out. Then they said they were gonna put in a coupleburritos and forgot. Second, They made me an Americano and I requested four honeys. They made it without the four honeys and putit out as ready and didn?t even let us know they were out of honey. Then when I mentioned you really need to call someone?s nameand let them know something is out, they said we can?t do that for mobile orders. Clearly just doing their job and not caringabout the persons order being ready. Yet you go to conejo coffee or Philz coffee and they ensure your order is the way you likeit. Read more
