They do not seem to work well together. Had to wait for cashier to give me lemon bar for more than two minutes AFTER barista... gave me my tea. Same thing happened to customer before me ! No one in store seemed to care about customer. Then woman finallygave me lemon bar and very spottily wished me a good day. Well my day will be good but there are toooooo many Starbucks for meto go back to that one. Read more
Worst customer service ever, I stood in line, employee made eye contact with me, finished what he was doing, and then turned his... head (pretending not to see me) and literally ran toward the cashier and started chit chatting, shortly after went down an aisle(opposite direction of restroom.) I left without being offered service at this location. Thanks, you made Starbucks look great! Read more
Seems to be always out of stock of multiple items. Super slow too.
Nice service, good coffee. You can depend on consistency. Prices are always a shock unless one orders regular coffee.
The Starbucks at Janss and Moorpark ( in the Vons Store is the worst of ALL of them . ).The Starbucks in Vons at 1790 Moorpark... rd . the associates are rude ! The manager at that Starbucks does care / and either does the manager of the Vons . The morninggirl is extremely rude and impatient . DONT USE THE STARBUCKS @Vons on Moorpark Rd and Janss Rd . 20 min for an Americano? No bueno. Maybe not a staff issue. This location has some wierd fulfillment issues vs. serving high... traffic patrons. No one should half to wait 20 min for $3.25 cup of coffee. Then again, shame on me for even paying 3.25 for acup of coffee. Read more
It's a small one, but it has a good vibe. Can be crowded, but there is a wonderful shared patio area outside that's nice when... it's warm. Read more
The manager/barista: she wears glasses: very dishonest, and the coffee never taste good , his barista looks like a big Microbe... with so many tattoos on his arm and dirty: it is disgusting to get a coffee from him , he doesn?t even wear gloves ! Read more
