This place is a joke. I've been to shabu shabu places before and have had better service and quicker meals. Literally we were... the only people left to be seated and with a full staff we didn't receive our food in order. Other people were served before usand took forever to give us anything. I didn't enjoy my first time. I wish they were more considerate of our time as we waitingfor an hour WHEN NO ONE WAS AHEAD OF US. Yet when another party arrived after us they were served right away? One of the best shabu we?ve had - the tonkatsu broth is amazing. Came for early dinner and the place filled up really quickly.... Service was quick and the meat was pretty ordinary (though there?s quite a variety of choices) but the broth really makes thedifference. Read more

So I came here with my sister for the first time and I got to say, not only is it really delicious but it definitely feels you... up. I had to learn how to eat the food but that's because I've never been to a Japanese Hot Pot before. Everything was deliciousand they also were patient in explaining to me the best options for a first-timer. I got to say, it's also nice that they areclose to a bus stop so if you want to take the bus there, it's convenient and they're now open at new hours. 2nd time dining here and it was again a great experience. The menu brings me back to when I was stationed in Japan. You get a... good portion of food which is easily prepared right at your seat. The manager, Ben, is a shabu shabu connoisseur; he is knowledgeable on the meats and drinks. It is a fun environment because the... staff are friendly folk.
