This location is very hit or miss where some days it's perfect and some days it's not, but lately has been consistently... terrible. The employees, from the little interaction you can have at the drive-thru, are always friendly. Zero complaints inthat regard. However, while I appreciate a friendly employee, I don't care about that so much if my food is consistentlyincorrect or made terribly. Taco Bell is my favorite, and this is the only one close to where I work, so around once a week Igo to this location and the last 4-5 times have been totally incorrect, making it so I can't eat my food. If you order withoutany alterations, you'll mostly be fine but sometimes to food is stale but I've experienced this with every Taco Bell at somepoint. However, if you're like me and you make changes to your food, even simple changes, you'll likely have your order messedup. It doesn't seem like they even pay attention to the POS when they're making the food. I always ask for no spicy ranch onmy CGC, and it seems instead of following the directions of NO spicy ranch, they do the opposite and put extra. Alternatively,I get crunchwraps sometimes that don't even seem like they're cooked and have the strength of a wet noodle so you can't hold iteither. Ultimately, this location is frequently a disappointment which is even more so disappointing because they seem to beone of the FEW Taco Bells left in the area that haven't raised their prices. My overall experience at this Taco Bell has been great. Today I decided to come in and get some food and was welcomed with a... leak in the ceiling. It was a minor leak and was made quite clear to stay woryy of the area. The leak didn't stop the team fromdoing their job. Food was good. Nacho Fries seem to have been sitting in a heater for hours but exceeded my expectations. Niceenvironment and cool pictures on the wall. The cleanliness of the dining arean and soda dispensary area could be better. Foodhas been great quality since I've been coming here and I've had no problems with the food or team. Worth stopping by. I came in this location this morning, ordered a Nachos Bell Grande, vegetarian style (meaning no meat) and received just chips n... beans, yet was charged for a Nachos Bell Grande. This isn't the first time I've come to this location and they've messed up anorder or partially delivered an order in the last 3 months. Going to go to another location now on as this one is heading downhill fast.... thoroughly disappointed Taco Bell!! Read more
Worst manager I have ever encountered in any Taco bell. Rude as hell and doesn't understand a thing. Went to pick up online... order at drive thru. Told me to come inside and then tries to give me someone else's order. When i said it's not mine he actslike its my fault for not coming to drive thru to pick up the order. Never going back. Fabulous people. Very polite and accommodating with dietary restrictions. Food was exactly what I asked for. The restaurant... was clean and in good repair. The ambient music was great. You can tell that the people there really care about the details. Read more
Excellent experience at this Taco Bell location. So much so that I not only ate lunch here, I came back the very next day and... had breakfast! Service was quick and friendly on both days. The ordering process, despite having a station in which you couldplace your own order, was quite quick and efficient. All in All a very good experience here at Taco Bell. I had the most enjoyable Taco Bell experience by far at the location. The jovial young man working the window at 9:30 on 7/23/22... was a HOOT. Please give this man a raise. I want to see him in a Bentley by next week. Give him an hour long special in ComedyCentral. God bless. Read more
