Horrible customer service. Ordered delivery through Wingstop app, delivery missing 2 sandwiches. Called store, they told me I... could drive to store to pick up missing sandwiches, they could not have them delivered. I asked for refund, they saidnit wouldpost in 3-5 days, 2 weeks later no refund, multiple inquiries through corporate contact system have no replies. Rude staff andfood is just not that good. I don't believe that I have experienced worse service with the worst food in years. I walked in and a man Jose wearing a mask... which made it very hard to hear him. He could not be more unhelpful as well as unpleasant. We were eating in and could not findone single clean table. When I asked the same person to buss the tables he was not too happy. When he cleaned the table with adirty wet rag, I asked him to dry the table, he told me where the paper towels were. I glared at him, and he got the message andwiped it down. This was nothing compared to the disgusting food. My wife ordered something with a sweet sauce that was gross andgreasy. My choice was the Garlic and Parmesan wings. Their was more grease on the bottom of the plate and the wings. The foodwas inedible. Read more

Boneless wings are a scam. They are just chicken nuggets. I just ordered 20 and threw 1/2 of them away. I had garlic parmesan... that were so drenched in butter that I could hardly eat them. I had some with regular sauce and they were not great. DON'TORDER BONELESS WINGS UNLESS YOU WANT CHICKEN NUGGETS. Read more

Omg!! This message is to the owner of the location. If you care about your customers make sure your manager can communicate... properly with the customer. I gave this place second chance & it failed me again. My order was wrong & had hair on it & amtrying to communicate civil with the manager & since she can?t understand my English, she decided to hang up on me. I only askedher if she look under my number, she will find my order, but she got frustrated & called me rude & refused to answer my call tofix my order. My food had hair & it was disgusting moments for me. If the owner invest in his leaders some training, my issuewould?ve been resolved without a review. We use to receive a service, now we receive attitude from manager!! I think all fastfood chain should go to Chick-fil-A filet school & learn manners I know my review will go unnoticed. Read more

Not impressed. Soggy fries, and they gave my wife Lemon wings instead of the Parmesan ones she ordered. The food just wasn't as... good as other Wing Stops I've been to. Also the soda machine had around 4/25 flavors in stock. What's up with that. Read more

I have to say big props to the entire staff at Wingstop. I placed an order for 3pm pickup on super bowl. well you could have... guessed I wasn't the only one who had that bright idea. I get there at 3 pm and there's just people everywhere waiting fortheir order. I ended up getting my order an hour later than my pick up time but that's no fault at all from the staff. Unfortunately the website did not stop any orders so there were absolutely bombarded with orders. But they didn't falter underthe pressure. They continued to work insanely hard without ever thinking of giving up. And amazingly they got my order 100%correct. Big props to the Wingstop staff at Thousand Oaks!! Read more

Great place! They did a great job on opening day, and the workers really know how to handle customers especially when it?s... completely packed. Definitely will be coming again soon! Amazing food, I would definitely try the Louisiana rub again:) Theyalso have amazing fries. I got the Voodoo. Read more
