We visited last night for an evening meal. Our server was friendly but we were completely dissatisfied with our meals. I ordered... the citrus chicken with a baked potato and house salad. The salad was the highlight of my meal. My husband ordered the grilledchicken breast with Spanish rice and a side salad. The chicken in both meals was dry, and tough as shoe leather. The grilledchicken was precooked and there was an unsuccessful attempt to create grill marks on it from a cold and we believe a dirtygrill. No grilled flavor at all. I forgot to take pictures but the food was very good and at decent prices. I didn't finish my dish due to the size of the plate... but i ordered chicken enchiladas with green chile sauce! Doesn't compare to the New Mexican version of the dish but deliciousanyway. Server was sweet and courteous as well and pet friendly! This place has a little bit of everything for food. Burgers, nachos, steaks, salads etc The burgers are cooked fresh on a... charcoal grill, which i thought was cool. The water does not taste very good though and the price is pretty high the reason Igave 4 stars not five. Read more

The food here is not terrible. They have an American selection, a Mexican selection and a decent seafood selection (garlic... shrimp were pretty fire). The beers are what you would expect at a bar and grill with an extended Mexican beer selection. Theyalso seem to have some sweet cocktails for those that aren't beer fans. Even the outside set up looked pretty cool. Finally,they have a descent dessert menu. The fried ice cream was amazing. Seems great, so why the three stars? The menu was way toopricey for what you get. Over priced and the value was not there. We paid 20 bucks for a BBQ burger. 23 for half a rack of ribsthat weren't even smoked. As a matter of fact we had gone to another restaurant and paid less for way more. If Cider Mill cancut their prices in half I would give them 5 stars.
