We visited for lunch on Aug 9, 2021. There were 7 of us. The employee was super friendly and helpful even while working... completely alone. He was juggling baking bread and taking orders AND still had a great attitude. Thank you for such greatservice! Read more

This was our lunch stop on our way out of Sequoia. We were tired and hungry and this was the first place we saw to get food to... go. Service was friendly, but they were out of ice and said the soda was warm and half of their beverage cooler was empty. Thenthe avocado was too hard. We ordered and the good was good...but the subs were $10 a piece for just meat and cheese. The linewas out the door by the time we left, he was so slow and out of so many things. Also a limited menu. Sandwich artist was very friendly and helpful, didn't skimp on the avocado and she offered fresh cucumber slices to replace the... few that were left on the display. Great service for tired, hungry travelers passing through in/out Sequoia N.P.! Read more

Extremely EXTREMELY bad service. We came here today at 8am in the morning and the lady at the counter hardly even cared about... anything. 1) She said the toaster would take 20 minutes to start (I mean granted you open at 8, but at least be professional andturn the toaster on before so that when you open, you at least give the customer their desired meal). 2) No ice in the drinkmachine. 3) No coffee (that too in the MORNING!). To make things worse, the lady looked least bothered and had a veryunprofessional attitude. Would never recommend anybody going there. Read more

Very bad service! The two employees didn't care about anything. They start with an order, with their slow service hold up the... queue a little bit, chat within themselves for a while, toast the sandwich and completely forgets about it, moves on to take thenext order. Seriously these guys doesn't have passion to work at this place. Rest rooms were closed because of covid. They don'thonor coupons. The price is jacked up! Read more

The food is typical and the staff are friendly, but this subway has a bad habit of closing early. I understand needing to reduce... hours in the off-season but would be cool if the hours posted online were honored. Otherwise what?s the point of posting hours? Read more

We walked in at 8:00 when they close at 9:00 and the store seemed to already be closing, with all the chairs up on the tables.... When we ordered, the woman who made our sandwiches was seemed to be angry and was throwing things around. After we sat down shestarted sweeping and knocked down a chair and left it there. She turned off the open sign at 8:30. We did not feel welcome. Astourists from three different countries, we trust Subway to be safe and friendly, and we are very disappointed. Read more
