Ordered a new burger on the menu and the waiter asked if I wanted pink or no pink and I said no pink. When I cut my burger it... was very pink in the middle so I told my waiter who quickly apologized and said he would have a new one made. After I waited 10minutes he came back and asked if there anything else I would like because they hadn't even started making my new burger. I toldhim "no", just as long as I didn't get charged. The manager came and apologized and said she certainly wouldn't charge me andasked if I wanted a salad or something that was easy to make and once again I said no because I didn't really have any moretime. Do not do curb side or to go order from this restaurant. I ordered to go food and arrived at 5:35pm and was supposed to receive... my order at 5:40pm and didn?t. I asked again for my food 10 minutes later and the to go order girl said let me go check anddisappeared to the back. Cars that came after I arrived received their order before me. I finally received my order at 6:20 pm.I ordered this to go order to celebrate my husband?s birthday and you all ruined it for me. The to order girl never onceapologized for the wait. I give it a 3 only because the company was good and our server was decent. Slow service, took a long time for the food and it... wasn't crowded. The food was what I remembered, very greasy and average at best. I had a quesadilla burger that was so greasyit took 3 napkins to blot enough to eat it. The chicken fingers were very dry. The onion rings were pretty good. Thislocation is in Three Rivers MI but they are all the same. Not sure how they stay in business. Read more
Our server was great though overall a very sad experience. Ordered the 2 for 25 deal. Got a small half filled bowl of artichoke... dip. Ordered the extra dozen shrimp with the steak entrée (a current deal) but never saw the shrimp. Ordered a bowl of soupwhich also failed to make it to our table. The receipt is not clear if I paid for the missing items, not itemized.. Mostimportantly, the broccoli was so salty it was inedible. This proves standards are extremely low and expediters don't careabout quality. Will NOT return. This Applebee's needs a complete change in management. One star review but giving an extrastar for our server Emma. She was overworked (two + sections it appeared) and the kitchen/ general issues were not her fault. Read more
My two year old and I were seated fairly quick. However we sat for close to 45 minutes without anyone even asking to take a... drink order. Super slow everytime I go here but this time was by far the worst. Definitely feel like we were completelyforgotten about after being sat. Won't be back. Read more
Food was good. Employees need to understand that handicapped people have special needs and need to accommodate their needs more.... Otherwise they did finally understand and help us, but people shouldn't have to get management involved and argue with them.It's upsetting to have to go through that. Clean store and restrooms. Good place for kids. Read more
We came to dinner on Father's day and ended up being extremely disappointed. We order beef nachos as you see meat came out... burnt. Then ordered but had to re order bc they ended up being out of shrimp. So ordered steak wanted it well done came outmedium had to send it back. One of us got the salmon and Mac & cheese the noodles for the Mac was cold. Even after all the sendbacks still no apologies except from the waitress nothing from manager no discount nothing. I get because of covid everyone isshort handed but if that is the case they should have just had longer wait times instead of seating as many as they could andhaving to send things back. Through it all I need to say how amazing the waitress was , she apologized many times even know shewas not the one cooking the food. She was super nice but could tell she was extremely nervous with all the issues we werehaving. The good waitress was the only thing we enjoyed about this vist. We went there today did see they were somewhat busy, not a problem. Went in immediately seated great. Little after 1 pm so put... our order in at 1:20pm. Waited waited some more finally my wife did get her salad 35 minutes later. She didn?t start eatingbecause we thought we would soon see the main course come out just figured we would take it home. Again no problem. Waitress didcome apologized for the wait and thought it wouldn?t be much longer. Really liked her (Shania). Waited until 2:21pm. finallyhad enough waiting. Found someone told to bring me the bill for our drinks and the salad. Waitress again very helpful (NO and Imean no reflection upon her) came out with our bill. We had noticed people at the bar were getting served way ahead of us thatcame in after us. Must be they make more money off drinks so they can afford to have other customers leave. Apparently our ourorder just kept getting pushed back until finally it pushed us right out the door oh well. We were asked also if we wanted tospeak with manager. Manager should have come out without having to asked so I lay it on them and not our waitress. Not sure whenI may go back never had this kind of service there before so I don?t know what?s up.
