Great service. Our pizza was hot and delivered to our table quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.
If they had a phone system that could take more than one call at a time and a computer system that would let staff enter the... orders faster they could be way more profitable. I tried to call for 15 minutes straight hitting redial and it was constantlybusy. Based on how few calls came in while I sat waiting for my pizza there is more than a single line issue. Something intheir router is messed up. So then I go there to order face to face. Only 3 calls came in over 20 minutes and the ones that didtook for ever for the staff to enter into the system. Only one couple inside so not like they were crazy busy. Better phonesystem and better training for staff could make this business more profitable. Read more
The delivery was fast. Delivery person was nice and knowledgeable. He offered to get me a menu, just in case I was going to be... ordering the next night. The pizza was hot and flavorful. I enjoyed every bite. The only thing I wish is that every business,that delivers to a hotel, is to provide napkins, paper plates etc. Remember we are traveling and don't have access to a kitchen. Pizza was alright. Nothing to write home about. Service could have been better. There was about 4 girls who stood around talking... and that was about it. We had to get up and ask for refills on our drinks. And when our pizza was cut they didn't do that goodof a job cutting the pizza all the way through. When we took our pizza to the counter to ask they cut it again, it was like itwas an inconvenient, but one of the girls did take it to the back to cut it. Not once did anyone ask if the food was good or ifthey could get us anything. Another couple in the place took their food to the counter to ask for a box to take some leftovershome. 3 stars mostly because of service. While back I ordered a bunch of food for delivery about 60 bucks worth, the restaurant called and said the driver said I wasn't... home which i was. I said why didn't he ring the doorbell? He did not. Also why couldn't the driver call me and tell me he wasthere intead of calling the restaurant to tell them I wasn't home. I said cancel the order. I then called recently and they havea note saying not to take orders from me, all because their driver is incompetent and couldn't ring a doorbell instead ofknocking on the door, as I am hearing impaired I can't hear a door knock through 2 doors. This time was going to be about 70dollars worth. Really a shame as I have spent hundreds of dollars there throughout the years. I will never recommend them everagain. Read more
