Came to the drive thru at 11pm, (they're open to 12am at this location). Nobody in line ahead of us. Ordered 5 mixers, a burger... and some fries (for 5 people). Staff was friendly, but we waited a solid 20 minutes while 4 other customers came through behindus and received their orders and left while we sat there. Understandable that service would be slow at this hour with limitedstaff and our order was larger than the others, but still, I hope they prioritized ours since we were there first. When theyfinally brought ours out they apologized for the delay and gave us a coupon for a free meal to compensate for the extra time.Good customer service there - appreciated that. Food was just as good as normal. Read more

They were slightly slow by their standards and proactively gave me a free value basket voucher for it, without my having to ask... or complain at all. Enjoyed the other meal a few days later. Holding themselves to pretty high standards for fast food. That'sgood management and customer service. Read more

We had an issue with the cod dinner not being hot and instead of the Manager trying to make it right, she instead wanted to... argue with us! And, she was more than happy to tell us that we didn't need to eat there anymore. I've eaten there since theyopened and have never been treated as badly as she treated us! Read more

After numerous visits to the Three Rivers, Michigan location where I ordered the Cod Dinner that cost over $15, I've been the... recipient of cold, under cooked food, served at room temperature that I always end up taking back to them so they can finishcooking the food. Today I shared my experience with the cashier when ordering and asked that the food be served hot and not atroom temperature. After waiting 20 minutes for our food to be served, my food came out cold again just as it has the last dozentimes I've been to this restaurant. I sent it back so they could finish cooking it like I always have to do when ordering adinner from this Culver's. An employee came back to our table to ask us what was wrong with the food, so I had to explain tohim that the food was under cooked and served at room temperature just like it had been the last 12 times that I've ordered thatmeal at this location. He said that he would attempt to make it right this time and get it to me as soon as possible. Thereplacement meal came out inside of 10 minutes, and before I even had a chance take one bite of food - that appeared like it wascooked correctly this time - the manager of the kitchen came out to argue with me about how the food there is NEVER served atroom temperature and that if I didn't like the fact that I'm always served cold, under cooked food, that I could take mybusiness elsewhere and not spend my money at their restaurant. I told her that I'd gladly take my business anywhere else, andasked her if she could possibly be any more pathetic then what she was at that point in time. My family spends over $1500annually at this location, but we won't be going back given the blatant incompetence of their management and their ambivalentstaff. Ironically, we go to other Culver's across southwest Michigan and when we vacation in Florida and NEVER have this issue. Avoid this place like you would the Corona Virus unless getting exposed to botulism is on your bucket list Read more

We stopped after traveling all day. Got a couple of burger meals. Really appreciate the numerous side options; the coleslaw was... fresh and the broccoli was very good. We finished off with concrete mixers: blackberry, and Reese's Pieces. They weren't quiteas mixed as usual, but that was easily solved with our spoons. Speaking of, I love the blue cutlery! There was a line to thedoor, but that was OK since they had such great service. The girl taking our order made sure we knew all the side optionsavailable, and was very patient as we decided. It's on the expensive side for "fast" food (order prep might be slower, but goodquality, correct, and brought to your table). There isn't a Culver's close to us, so this was a lovely treat! We took one of my sisters out to lunch and Culver's doesn't disappoint. I see why they have long lines. I ordered the meatloaf... dish, my sister and husband ordered burgers. My meatloaf was very tender and potatoes were very good with the gravy andbroccoli. Hubs and sister said their meal was very good too. The staff was nice and polite. The restaurant was clean as well asthe restrooms. We will definitely go back. ????? Read more
