A hidden treasure, as my wife and I were traveling in Indiana and was recommended about this Bar and Grill located in Michigan... about 15 minutes away from where we were staying. WOW, what a treat, a good variety on the menu for selections, all the items wehad were delicious, and priced affordably, excellent service and very friendly, you feel welcomed. I've gone here in the past, and recently more with family. I've never had a bad experience here. I recently found out that the... owners are very active, working the bar area themselves and I find this pretty impressive. The food is always hot, the drinksare well made. If you're looking for a nice chill spot check this place out. They have big windows on the river side so you havegreat view of that as well as outdoor seating during the warmer seasons, and the servers are always moving to ensure greatservice. Read more
Love the location of this tavern, right next to a river which assists in providing a good view for the customers. Their staff is... friendly and patient when it comes to taking orders. I ordered cheese curds, chicken lettuce wraps, and tacos, which were allreally good. The peanut sauce which comes with the lettuce wrap was delicious. For drinks I got the chocolate martini, alsotasty but strong. Overall my experience was really good and I would defintiely love to visit it again when I'm in Three Rivers,MI. Read more
Had lunch with my wife, the place is great. They have outdoor seating that has just enough shade to enjoy the day but not melt... in the sun! Food was fantastic, I had a toasted club sandwich which was delicious. Had appetizers of stuff mushroom caps. Not afan of spinach but they were very good. They take time to give you your food but it's amazing, it absolutely worth the time. They bring the drinks fast, they worry... about how you feel and they are very kind with costumers. They know how to treat people, this is real costumer service. Waitersand waitresses are amazing and they always ask if you are enjoying the experience. Found this place while searching for lunch near me. It's nicer than I was expecting on the inside. I had the build your own Mac... and cheese with shrimp and broccoli and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is better than your typical mom and pop shop.The servers are very friendly and attentive. Also the gravy on the poutine is delicious and I don't like gravy normally.Definitely will be back. Read more
Drove to Three Rivers, MI to poke around the area and decided to have lunch at Hank's Tavern. The day was warm enough to sit... outside and enjoyed the view of the river. The patio would be great in the summer. I had the Cajun Chicken Wrap with Fries andmy wife had the French Dip with Fries. Both were very good and the fries were excellent! There was plenty of chicken in mywrap with lots of seasoning without being over powering. Definitely will go back. Read more
