I used to like going threw this place because they have truck parking. Being a truck driver it was nice. But after tonight I... will never go back to this place again. I went to go in there they said the lobby was closed and it was only 6pm. I told themI'm a truck driver and can't fit in the drive threw. They told me I would have to leave and find somewhere else to eat. The foodwasn't that great anyways. But after today I will never go back to this place again. The food is always gross and portion sizes are terrible. I got a famous bowl fill up and it was literally 5 bits of food and all... the "chicken" was just hard breaded. In my mashed potatoes there were small white round things, I don't know if they use instantpotatoes or not but, if they do, at least mix them up. This store is getting worse by the day. They are randomly not open on days when they say they are. I am sure they blame it on... staff shortages - but I blame it on management shortages in competence. Multiple times I have NOT been given a receipt. Themanagers are so cheap I guess they do not even want to pay for receipt paper, or they are soft ringing the orders so they arenot on the register and thus they don't have to report the sales. Also, this picture shows the way they are not handling gravyfor the potatoes. If like lots of gravy - you do with out. If you prefer no gravy, you only get one serving. Never visit thisstore again. After spending 10 minutes waiting at the speaker box of the drive thru, then about 40 for my order to be brought out I would... expect some good chicken. This is not it.... the breading is soggy and under cooked in many spots yet it smells over cooked. Ihave managed restaurants I know things happen but everytime I try to use this drive thru they have me wait to place an order sothat 10 minutes was normal sometimes it has been longer... The wait for food after the order has never been this bad. How is thefood cost? So bad that you can't be prepared for dinner rush I arrived after @ about 6:15pm it was 7:20 when I got my food.. Terrible customer service. Employees don't even know thire own menu. Tried to get mad at me because they screwed up and charged... me wrong. Tried to tell me that I needed to be more specific when ordering. I literally read the menu word for word. They wantedme to say special when no where on there menu did it say special she was threatening to call the cops because she didn't wantto argue.
