Honestly this place is so bad. If you want to wait a half hour in line for cold food, rood service and most importantly the... worst McDonald's in the area go. Otherwise drive to cass or white pigion. Both McDonald's put this one to shame even during arush. Horrible. Read more
Website, Google and store window says drive-thru is 24 hrs a day. Came thru on a Thursday at 5:30am, was greeted at the speaker,... gave my order, no response.. pulled to window, was stared at by a worker who did nothing. Eventually, a manager came to thewindow and said they don't open til 6am. I said their hours on the window directly next to her, and online says 24hrs/day, wastold they will post the correct hours when corporate sends them a new window sticker. It takes less than 1 minute to updatehours on Google, and maybe 5 minutes to print out the correct hours and tape them to the window. Unacceptable, unprofessional,and rude. Read more
Came in to order, and there was only 1 clean table in the place! I refuse to sit at a table that wasn?t cleaned up from the... people who sat there before. Ended up in the play area where there was a clean table. Disgusting!! And then, we get our cupsafter they bring out the meal. Self serve your own drink and leave your food at the table. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to. A lot (not all) employees are rude, they're always behind, they're always... short staffed. They close their lobby at approximately 11a-12p. NOBODY EVER answers the phone, it's just continues to ring andrind and ring. Read more
I am giving this particular McDonald's a 5 star review not because of the food but particularly because of 1 employee. Her name... is Keitha she works in the mornings typically. I doordash here in our area and never once have I seen her treat someone poorlyor unfairly even when she was being treated poorly. Mcdonald's is lucky to have her working here. She resembles exactly theperson I would want working for me and she deserves to be recognized for her great attitude and job performance. Read more
**Edit** Their cheeseburger patties are now smaller than a sausage patty! Wow! I gave some additional pics to coincide with this... edit. I mean...it is McDonalds it's not like a real restaurant but they could have way more uniformity. I ordered the newbacon cheese fries. My friend literally had a drop of cheese and my box ( pic shown) had a bit more...it's mainly a few squirtson the top but under is a bunch of fries that have absolutely no cheese and no way for them to be coated in that limited amount(bacon was good amount tho). The burger was the signature bacon smokehouse. It was a good burger but also a bit dry. I'm notsure if McDonalds has some sort of sauce and cheese shortage but please do better. Read more
We didn't want to use the card but noone including the manager grumpy old lady... Wouldn't take our order was told that's what... the kiosk is for. Food was all made wrong fries were cold and way way way to salty. I've never in my life been to a worseMcDonald's ever won't be going back Read more
