Had a deluxe baked potato for the first time here, actually - my first time EVER having Arby's. I was pleasantly surprised with... the customer service. Around $10 for 2 Deluxe Baked Potatoes, not terrible. SUPER good though. But - if you aren't a fan ofloads of sour cream, I would ask for less (there was so much!) The bacon was delicious and the cheese was good! Shredded, buttasted and melted like cheese wiz. Kind of interesting. All around good experience. Would go ahead, and maybe try some of theother food they have! Read more

I was a one of the regular costumer over there Arby's thunder bay it is close to my home too. But now i am getting the worst... costumer experience i am getting from the store ever since from one of the girl at the front. I am a delivery driver too. Now iam refuse to take the orders if ut is from the Arby's because i have to wait for a long time she don't even ask whats the numberor anything someone else have to come and ask. I am doing this review today because o came to the restaurant to pick an orderthe food was right on the desk ready to go. But that girl didn't even ask anything i gkt the food when the other came aroundafter a while and i told to them this is nit the first time happening i am gonna talk to someone about this. Brought my kids there for their very first time experience. Loud chewing from them both meant they absolutely LOVED it. My... little guy loves roast beef. Most meals he'll eat a bit and say he's full. But he devoured his meal. Thanks Arby's for my kidsdriving home. Repeat saying Arby's....we have the meats. Lol Oh and they discovered our old time tradition of mixing Arby'ssauce and horsey sauce... Again. Loved it lol Read more
The manager is the best guy ever, always working. You can tell he trains his staff very well. Always guaranteed friendliness and... fast service. Love the Beef N Cheddars and Beef Gyro?s with crinkle cut fries and a cherry coke! Read more
