Every car had a Long wait in drive through before you could order had to wait at least 10 mins before someone took my order.... When I finaly got my order the whopper meat was burnt, and unenjoyable I won't be going back there for a long time. I was nothappy with the service and the food. 2 thums down this place realy needs to improve in all aspects. Read more
The young man working there was great. The kitchen prepped our food quickly. And it tasted great.

Almost every time I order from them my order is either cold, burnt, incorrect or missing items. There has been a couple times I... got hot food that was correct and I was hoping it was just a slip up the others, but no, it's more often then not your food willbe incorrect or bad. Read more

I was refused service at 950pm, assuming they were open until 11 as it was stated on their sign. I questioned, because the sign... says open until 11 to which I was told ?yeah that?s are drive through? and asked why the sign didn?t specify that and was metwith an ?I don?t know? as she closed the door in my face. I Went through the drive through and inquired about the dining room,was told ?it closes at 10pm, so it?s closing up right now.? And when I asked why I was refused service 10 minutes earlier I wasjust given a ?oh sorry about that.? I don?t have an issue using the drive through, but I have an issue with unclear andimproperly posted business hours. Being refused service before the business is actually closed, and rude employees.isunacceptable no matter where you work. Read more
Was very happy to see a burger king arrive in port arthur, yes they are slow, same in fw. We ordered 2 whoppers, here is the... "hunk" of lettuce in mine. Presentation is key to a successful restaurant. Hopefully they work out the kinks. Read more
By far the worst drive-through I have ever been to in my life. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before I was served and there... was only 1 car in front of me. Every time I go to this Burger King it's the same thing. Never again. Read more
