Like Many other people who said in their review I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO! We used to like this place but never ordering... from them again! On two seprate occasions the flood abosuletly sucked! Shahi Paneer was full of sugar! I called the restaurantto complain and I was told that I could come pick up another one from the restaurant. Honestly, If I wanted to Pick Up in thefirst place, I wouldn't have chosen Skip the dishes. On a second order, we order Manchuriun and Noodles, they both wereabosultely disgusting and full of CHILLI! Manvhurian gravybwas watery and Balls were so soggy! Noodle had no taste other thanbeing unreasonably Hot! Not sure who this restaurant is staying in business when they cant cook basic dishes! $90 wasted! Neveragain! Read more
Firstly Curry up and goodlife foods are same...good food with good portions ..they have so much variety of indian and mexican... items. Only problem is inconsistency and takes time to prepare. Some dishes will be there sometimes maynot be there on the nextday. I also had an issue with my uber driver saying he waited so long to get the food and he had to cancel the order because ittook for ever. Read more
Literally don't know where to start. This place was filthy. I Came for to pick up Monday Dinner. The most slow and dumb staff I... have ever encountered in a fast food shop. I ordered Burrito Bowl and the guy made the Burrito Bowl with 3 small pieces ofchicken. So, I decided to have extra roasted chicken added in it which later I found out was for $4.99sh (which I didn?t mind)but which was stored in yogurt container on room temperature. Also, i think instead Chicken tikka masala which I chose for thebowl should be called Oil Chicken masala. Oh overall this was a grim, grim experience. Read more
I honestly love the food here, i order it a bunch from skip the dishes, unfortunately i was eating my food and enjoying it until... I found a long thin hair stuck in my basmati rice. I was repulsed. I understand that happens sometimes but thats why hair netsare a thing. Ill still or order from here but if that happens again I will not anymore. Read more
Ordered chicken biryani. The overall portion size was good but the portion of chicken is very small. And I am giving this review... as I have tried other Indian restaurants that were able to maintain a standard. I did not like the quality of rice. It wasovercooked and mushy. Did not feel like restaurant quality. Except for the heat coming from spices, the biryani's taste wasbland. Indian cuisine in Thunder Bay is expensive. I expect everything to be top notch at that price. This was disappointing.I'll rather order from other Indian restaurant next time. P.S: It was an online order through Skip the dishes app. Read more
Edit: Came here again, got the Naughty Butter Chicken Chaat. So I can handle the spice, since the flavour is SOO GOOD. This dish... is amazing! Well done! Wish it were less spicy on my baby tongue still. The samosas in butter chicken sauce are amazing. TOOSPICY! Every time I order from them their butter chicken is different. Container/Portion size, Spicy-ness please be consistentand less spicy. Samosas, Rice and Gulab Jamun are yummy though. Read more
