We were greeted in very friendly manner and seated right away. Including a highchair for a toddler! Kodie was our server. He was... fast, efficient and courteous. Couldn't have asked for better! Party of 7, variety of food, delicious. Very enjoyable evening???? Read more

I haven't gone there in a long time because of a bad experience, well things have changed!! First off the staff were all very... courteous, friendly and very polite! Food came out extremely fast and was better that I've seen before, wife actualy said sheenjoyed her food which I don't hear very often. Over all I would give a 10/10 for the over all experience, Good job guys! Read more

This was our first time with the new menu and at Thunder Bay Kelsey’s. We often go to Kelsey’s as we can count on a good... meal. First of all, I would like to point out how good our waiter, Callan was! He obviously has read previous reviews as hecould not have given us better service. He even offered us water, which a previous review mentioned. He showed an interest in usin a very positive and yet professional manner. He was a wonderful host, made us feel at home, with a friend but also gave usprompt and friendly service. Well done! It’s a difficult job you have and you made it look easy. We had our “usual” forcomparison with our regular restaurant in Barrie ON. Adding the shrimp to the spinach dip was a welcome change. It added aspecial flavour and moisture to the mix. Looking forward to having that again. I liked the grilled (blackened) chicken in thebalsamic chicken. It really added some flavour! The vegetables were nicely done as well. The rice with the salmon was a“touch” salty but we are not a fan of salt, so very much a personal taste thing. The salmon itself was moist and greatflavour. It was a gorgeous day to sit on the Kelsey’s beautiful patio! The food was good and all just the waitress really hated her... job and it was very obvious. She didn’t smile or really engage with us or ask us how anything was just took our order and tookpayment. And would love to see more plant based options on the menu! ???? got the veggie burger and it was good but moreoptions would be nice. Drinks were good and very large. There's ample parking space which we liked. We had a short wait time. Our waiter was really nice and friendly. She helped us... with our order. My date had the Bacon Bourbon BBQ Burger while I had the Ultimate Bacon & Cheese Burger. The food was good andwe liked the ambience of the place. The wait time for the food was a decent amount considering that the place got full quickly.The place was great with the music playing at a nice low sound while the TVs were showing different tv channels. It was a niceand relaxing brunch that we had. We'll be back to try out other things on the menu. Read more
