I ordered a assorted sub with pizza sauce lettuce tomato cheese and green olives but when I got the sub I couldn't taste the... pizza sauce even though they said that they put some on and there were to many green olives the sub tested like salt because ofthe olives and they don't want to replace it so that was my exp tonight at mr subs a few times they got my orders wrong this isthe last time I'm ordering from there Quisno subs make good subs more expensive but worth it Read more
Kind of a weird experience here tonight. First it was a super long wait as the first person in line. Then the staff member put... my sub bun on the counter even though it was really dirty. The previous customer ordered a salad so they were cutting uptomatoes and wet veggies on the counter then dousing it in salt and pepper. That's going to make my sub soggy so before shestarts sliding it around I asked her to wipe it. Giving the benefit of the doubt about the lack of cleanliness, I asked if itwas busy tonight, she said no the CLE is stealing our business....Okay. Then the staff member who made my sub was moving at thepace of a snail. I watched her stacking the toppings wondering how she was planning to close my sub if she wedges everything inthe corner where it needs to fold over. The answer is she didnt have a plan lol. As predicted as soon as she folded iteverything was pushed out of the sub. And still all at the speed of a dying snail. She said its going to be messy and handed methe sub saying "good luck with that." Does that sound appetizing to you? I think I'll stick to Subway from now on. I've neverseen someone struggle to assemble a sub behind a counter like that. And I've eaten many subs in my day. It was just reallyweird. Read more

The man that works during the day (I believe he is the manager) is awesome! Staff are always friendly and helpful. My mom and I... went in and she had said no sauce because last time she got the sub sauce it was spicy. He informed us they also have a spicyversion and they must have put the wrong one on. He then gave my mom her sub for free. He also added extra cheese on mydaughters sub for free because she didn?t get any toppings on her sub. It?s refreshing to have such great service! Read more
