Update Aug 2022: our last two orders went smoothly in terms of service and product quality. One order was $250. I am upgrading... my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. -- original review: We loved Papa John's out West but this location does not measure up. Gaveseveral chances and saw no improvement in either product or service so we continue to go elsewhere. Needs some staff turnover. Read more

Took a chance and ordered because they were having a grand opening special, buy 1 large, get 1 large free. What a mistake that... was. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza was pretty much devoid of toppings and the thin crust was so hard, you could snap it. TheCheese pizza wasn't much better, it was greasy, almost like it was made with cheese product instead of cheese and the sauce hadzero flavor, it was basically pureed tomato. This place will be gone before the year is over. Read more
