Update Aug 2022: our last two orders went smoothly in terms of service and product quality. One order was $250. I am upgrading... my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. -- original review: We loved Papa John's out West but this location does not measure up. Took a chance and ordered because they were having a grand opening special, buy 1 large, get 1 large free. What a mistake that... was. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza was pretty much devoid of toppings and the thin crust was so hard, you could snap it. TheCheese pizza wasn't much better, it was greasy, almost like it was made with cheese product instead of cheese and the sauce hadzero flavor, it was basically pureed tomato. Pizza came quickly and was good. We had gluten free pizza and 2 other types along with the jalapeño poppers and the brownie and... all were very good. This was our first time ordering and we will reorder. Read more
Well, found this nasty hair in the first bite of one of the pizza's we ordered. Pizza is mediocre at best.
Ordered gluten free pizza, took over 2 hours to arrive. Took a bite and realized the pizza was not gluten free. Called them to... see if they could send me a replacement, to which they said no told me to get a skip refund and reorder the pizza , I asked themif they deliver- they said they did but would not want to lose money on a pizza ( they would be remaking the same pizza and onlypaid once, same thing, no?) as they would have no way of getting the money back from skip and told me that they can?t guaranteethat the gluten free option does not contain gluten - I realize there is a chance but I was not even given the gluten freeoption. Strange how a company does not have any options for giving someone the wrong pizza especially when a allergy isinvolved. Strange all around - never ordering from there again ! Read more

Wasn't hot on arrival, misleading poppers were wet in advertisement, but on arrival they are dry. Confusing interface when... ordering. Ranch sauce for pizza should be a crime. We accidently clicked it wanted tomato sauce. Extremely greasy and oily. Notgood ! Read more
