I had the worst experience here! I ordered my food and was waiting in line to pick up my order. While waiting, a group of 3... older white folks came in and placed their order. The cashier came over serving station and put her gloves on then asked thegroup what type of bread they?d like and began putting their order together. Not once did any of the two staffs that was workingat the time stopped to check if I am being helped. There was only one order before mine so it?s not like it was busy or I wasnot quite visibly in the line. I then walked over to the cashier section, called for a refund and said I was clearly here beforethat group came in and no one tried to process my order. They came over and issued my refund and not once acknowledged orapologized. This is not the first time I experienced this type of behaviour in Thunder Bay.
