Unfortunate encounter with lack of staff training. Failed to tell me they were out of bacon until after we had finished the... transaction and then did not know how to refund me my money back, claiming ?I?m the only one here?. If employees are being leftalone they should be properly trained. Read more
Excellent food, I had the grilled bbq steak pita and it was amazing. As far as pita pits go this one is pretty big and fancy /... well decorated. Pricing is great (mine was $9.69). I'd recommend arriving before 11:30 for lunch as it can get busy. Staff weremoving as quickly as possible and the restaurant has lots of them, the only bottle neck in my opinion was the customers choosingthe contents of their pita (can't do much about that). Only complaint I have is some of the booth tables inside were a littlemessy but we just went to the tables instead. Overall I'd recommend this pita pit. Edit: There is free wifi here too by the way! I stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. This was a good choice. The options were good and the ability to customize your own... pita was great. The end result was very flavorful. I found the small to be a bit small, granted I was hungry and hadn't eatenyet that day so if you are hungry, the small is probably not big enough. The staff was friendly and helpful because I hadn'tbeen to a Pita Pit before and wasn't quite sure of the process but they were great at helping me out. Read more
