Very bad experience. Manager behavior is very rude food quality is very bad and so unhinged
Ordered a pizza and popcorn chicken, arrived home when I opened the pizza to see it was thin as ever, rock solid and when bit... into it ripped like cardboard. Zero sauce, hardly any toppings. I called the number and they said they would send a new pizza,to which I waited hours and recieved nothing, called again, they said it was on its way, continued waiting and yet, recievednothing. First I?m new to Thunderbay and pizza is my favourite. I?ve tried many places and have to say found my happy place for pizza and... wings along with many other items I?ve tried. I would say, the same brand that I ordered at the waterfront, was delicious and gave a lot of goat cheese. But bought at this... store, there are only a few grains of goat cheese, barely visible, and the pizza is not good. It's strange is so different,and there is often only one staff in this store. I wrote a review about the same thing 1 month ago. I went in yesterday to grab a slice or 2 just for a quick lunch around 1215pm... and yet again they only had like 2 slices left that looked really old like no pepperoni or cheese slices i asked whoever workedthere they said it will be a while they had none in the oven like you have a deal for 2 slices pep or cheese for 5 or 6 dollarsi cant remember the price. i was the only customer there also pretty poorly run company if you ask me. Pizza was fast and hot and yummy. Made perfect. Goes down great with tall frosty bud lights!
The pizzas are good compared to their prize but if you like to have a quality you will have less options to go for...
Love love looooove this establishment. The food is awesome but don't believe the XL 4 topping guarantee. Lol and please ask... your drivers to stop asking for tips! Its quite rude, tasteless and it's up to us on whether or not they deserve it. Goes forthe boss driver too. Read more
