I guess this coffee establishment is NOT the place to get a simple easy black coffee to go! I waited about fifteen minutes, got... told ?I?ll do it when I?m not busy? okay, pouring drinks is a really tough job! They were not even polite about it. ?you came onthe wrong day? so unwelcoming and rude. Then when they were making my cup, they finally started brewing, it was the wrong typethat I didn?t want because I get heartburn from that one. I gave up and left. Read more
Staff is fantastic. Was a 40 minute wait for drinks as there was a 20 car drive through line and roughly 30 people in the café,... with 5 staff members working total, but we didn?t even care. Drinks tasted awesome and were made correctly, food was hot, andthey handled an extremely rude and impatient customer with an ease I?ve never seen. Will stop in again next time through. Read more
Never seen such a disorganized Starbucks, waited 15 minutes (subsequently left without coffee) for a black coffee. This was for... pick-up, but I noticed the vehicle I would?ve been behind was long past through. This isn?t a first, but will be the last, theSafeway down the street is a much better option. Kinda a joke of a location, and symbolic of very poor management. This isn?t aStarbucks problem, it?s this location specifically. Do better, I pay a premium for your coffee, don?t need the snark from abarista. Read more
Has to be the worst service at a Starbucks ever. A group of 18 year olds that all knew each other stood around the counter... gossiping (they didn't order anything) to the two staff and it took about 10 mins before they realized there was a lineup behindthem.... Maybe management should suggest friends can come in on their breaks and not during working hours? Just a thought. Read more
i had an amazing experience tonight!! i went around 810, which is within the the hour they close. and they told me the drink was... on the house!! the worker named faith was so outgoing and amazing!! definitely made my day :) Read more
Slowest service, disorganized. There is no reason I should wait 15 minutes for a plain coffee that?s already brewed.
Even though there was a huge line - we got our coffees in a reasonable amount of time.
It?s doesn?t taste like shaken iced tea with lemon, when I go to another Starbucks in the city?s , it?s taste like cold , I... don?t even feel the lemon at all , I don?t feel the flavour ???????? Read more
