They are also very attentive... to detail and took my order quickly and made it well, everything I ordered was freshly made, healthy, and delicious. This subway location is definitely going downhill. They have reduced their sub portions by more than half than it used to,... keeping price the same. Really disappointed. This was my last time going to the memorial location won?t be going there again. Read more

I totally agree with a disappointing service that is provided by the staff of subway in memorial. I work all night and this is... very close by for me to hop in for my brunch. There is this staff named nisha who is so rude everytime I walk-in. She is so rudeto everybody and gets irritated if asked twice and this is not just the first time at all. Somebody needs to look into thisaffair and take actions because she is not professional at all. Never changes her gloves nor washes hand. No hand hygiene andcleanliness being followed. Worst experience. There is this employee called nisha giving a very bad service to all the customers. I was in for a sub this... morning with my husband and my child and I see her being so rude to all the customers and also her co-workers. I felt bad forthe co-workers as well. More like bossing over everyone. She is being extremely rude to people walking in. I am not going toreturn back and will never recommend this place. Many of my friends said the same and I recommend none to go in for a servicehere. I was so upset. And I will sometime write into the higher authority for such rude behaviour and service provided to allthe customers. Read more
This is by far my favourite fast food location to go to. Every time I come in they greet me by name. The manager Sagar is always... friendly and accommodating, and most of the staff knows my order by heart. ?The usual today a Jason?? It?s rare to go to arestaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant that is this impressive. If I had my way, this would be my first 6 star review.Keep up the great work. You guys rock!!! Read more
Stopped in there last night for a 6" sub at around 9pm and the employee completely ignored me. I saw he was working on a SKIP... the dishes order, that had a number of 12" subs. I stood there directly in front of him waiting to be acknowledged, andfollowed him up and down the ingredients a few times, but he completely ignored me, so I decided to wait and waitedapproximately 12-15 mins, while he kept working on the order. Instead of making my 6" sub he just ignored me, had he beenpolite enough to AT LEAST let me know he had no plans of making my 6" sub until he had finished his order I could have eitherwaited or chose to grab dinner somewhere else (which I don't understand, because my sub would have taken 3 mins). But, he kepton ignoring me, until I took offense to the fact he wasn't even going to acknowledge me (12-15mins later) and decided to quietlyleave. He could have simply informed me that he had an order that was going to take 25 mins to complete and he wasn't going tomake my sub until he was completed, but he didn't even acknowledge me the entire time I stood in front him at the sub line.
